Most wards have direct dial telephone numbers which can be used by patients, family members and visitors. Please click here for more information.
If you can, please consider contacting the patient's next of kin for the Ward information where possible as it is helpful for staff if just one person telephones with enquiries and then informs other relatives and friends; this helps nursing staff to spend more time with patients.
For general hospital enquiries, please contact the main switchboard on 0121 424 2000.
Visiting times may vary between wards. To avoid disappointment, please check with the relevant ward before visiting.
Any visitors who have an infection or have been in contact with someone with an infection, especially diarrhoea and/or vomiting in the last two days, should not come to the hospital.
